From what i can tell it sorta does. If it feels hard when squeezed it is then. I would not suggest touching it and just choping off that nug to prevent issues, but thats what i can tell from the picture.
Btw I would lean off so many nutrients with the looks of the tips of those leaves, that can cause stress and hermis along with over watering.

Fuck it I chopped it. It was from a dispensary so it was prolly genetic. Damn shame, herb looked fire. I guess dispensarys are buying from growers who use autoflowers and have hermie genetics. Interesting.
