THE BALLAST IS CONNECTED(WIERD) TO THE LIGHT , I GOT IT SECOND HAND BUT I THINK IT WAS USED ONCE,

Well its frowned upon to sell grow equiptment on the forums..not per say prohibited but frowned upon. I buy my used 1000 watt setups for $45 used but Im in the us
