1000 Watt Solar Max, Mixed Spectrum MH/HPS Bulb

I have a 1000 watt Lumatek digital ballast that is dimmable and able to burn both hps and mh bulbs but I want to know has anyone ever worked with this kind of bulb that you get this kind of 1 - 2 punch?
