100 watt blurple has started flickering scrap?

it has two switches veg and bloom

veg has started flickering.

strangley the longer i keep it switched off the longer it stays on before it starts flickering

Im guessing the blubs are done

was using it for a mother going ro have to upgrade to a 240 w now

i still have bloom but ita probably like 60-80 watts
