1 lb monthly return

hey guys, was planning on trying to figure out how to go by this and i was thinking going about it by having 3, 4 by 8 foot grow beds with soil and nutes. having 2 400 watt hps lights over each grow bed. I plan on having about 4 mother plants under a 8 bulb t5 fixture for all my cloning needs. and one more of the same t5 fixture for my clones. I havent bought anything for this yet was just wondering if my ideal 1lb a month would be achievable with this set up
