right now i have 6 23w cfls in my 2Wx2Lx3H and one pc intake fan and a 4 in inline fan for exuast . but the temps are at 96f wich is too hot!:fire: would it be cooler if i got a 150w hps with a air coolable reflector and hook the 4 in fan too it?

so i just built a grow cab that is 2x2x3. it has 6 23w cfls right now and it gets way too hot in there like 106f:fire:. i have one cpu fan on the intake and two for out take. im gonna get a 4in inline fan to help out. but my question is will it cool down better bringing cool air in or hot air out?
