If I'm not mistaken, vermiculite holds moisture, so people tend to not use it in combination with coco just because of the excess moisture.

Honestly three out of six made it...one hermied it started out beautifully, one has a black pepper smell and the other is gassy. I've been cloning the peppery one...I'm about to start cloning the gassy one. These photos are of the peppery phenotype in week 7 of flower.

I would love to try a freebie from Barney's Farm...I never had success germinating their seeds! They actually banned me because I posted a negative review.

So one isn't better than the other...Is it just that feminized seed, the wait and see is done for me?

Does it matter if my mother is from a regular seed or feminized? I plan on running these triplets for a couple years. Bonsai training to maximize my indoor space

Can I grow a feminized seed and have healthy clones or should I use a regular seed for mothers?

My central air conditioner is out, so my house is above 80° during the day and I run my lights 24 hours. They do look happy and seem to be taking the heat well. I plan on running these for a a couple of years.

Can a mother plant be grown in a 5gl fabric pot? If so, how long can it stay before it's root bound?...6 months a year? I use canazym rhizotonic for root maintenance and minimum fertilizer throughout the life.

Has anyone grown TH Seeds Gelato 33 x Wedding Cake? Any advice will be appreciated.

My drying area is really humid this time of year(60-70%). After I trim my buds, can I clip the bud flower from the stem to speed up the drying process? Also, can I harvest during the "lights off" period or wait until they come back on? Does it matter?

That's what I didn't do, when I clipped them I didn't remove any flowering material. Thanks for the information.

So for future knowledge, take clones a little later and don't clip the bud flower growth?

Forgot to mention, I actually picked the little buds offof the top, but left the tiny buds with the hairs on the lower branches. They were rooting in a solo CV up and they were white andvigorously growing. I said before they were clipped only two weeks into flowering. Should I have waited longer...
