Based on the info provided, the first thing I would do would be to get your temps up all. Its going to be a tough job maintaining robust healthy plants if your dropping into the mid 40s and only hit low 70s for a high under led.

Pretty sure those are part of the "PhenoHunter" line from Humboldt Seed Co. Basically just a untested cross. I have seen folks pull some nice plants out of the Phenohunter offerings.

A few house hold leds with the globes off would be more than sufficient for a little 2x2. A few years back I vegged for a bit in a 2x2 with 5 9w bulbs, worked great. If you are flowering small clones for pollen, you don't even need that much light.

Pretty much has to be a light schedule issue. Problem with the timer itself or one of those situations where the house wiring/timer/light are not playing well with each other causing the light to not fully turn off during the dark hours.
