Seems to be slow no budlets in week 3 of flower is this normal? Or anything I can do?

Nearing end of week 4 and one of my top colas to one of my plants looks rather yellow and not as developed as others, it's one of the taller ones does in the room, does it look like heat stress, running 600w hid air cooled

into week 5 of flower and in week 4 noticed some male flowers (balls) but v v few have picked them off and trimmed bottom of plant where they mainly where. So assume have a hermie, My friend told me to keep checking and ensure picked before open but my question is if one male flower pollinated...

Pretty sure I have a double headed bud, feels very dense, does anyone know or had this before please?

I'm just past 4 weeks into flower, some hairs on buds turned brown on tips at week 3, think I may have a hermie, as calyx swollen and took one apart and looks like a tiny seed inside, I then took one of the brownish bird that felt hard and inside appears to be tiny seeds, should I get rid of it...

My first grow and all was going so well but had the odd bud have some hairs turn brown in week 3, no signs of bannanas or balls but calyx look swollen but do have hairs inside/out of some. Will attatch some pics, help much appreciated
