Pot sizes vary I have 10 7 and 5 gallon pots between 9 plants 4 being wookies and 5 being headband grown in coco loco potting mix, not sure that watts let sq ft I’ve never done the math but have 2 1000 watt lights in a 10 x 7 x7 foot high room
