For 100w system with 2 cobs coukd Cobs £45 Driver £55 Aluminium frame £6 Wire £2 Thermal Paste £3 Holders £8 Heatsinks and fans £28 Using an old 12v charger for powering fans but can get driver for couple quid. So all in less than £150 For 200W of COB's. Prices not the best over here but...
