    What bug is this on my plant. It flys, don't think it's a gnat

    It is a leafhopper, Empoasca spp. They spend most of their time on underside of leaves. If only a few they won't be a problem on large plant. If on younger plants or dozens of them on plant, easily controlled with pyrethrum or conventional mild insecticides like carbaryl

    Why are my leaves turning yellow and dieing like this?

    Sounds & looks like N deficiency, NOT toxicity. adding fertilizer will not help leaves that have already started yellowing. If overall growth has slowed, and the oldest fan leaves (toward bottom of branches) turning yellow first, this is very likely N deficiency. With N toxicity, all leaves...
