Labs have to keep positive results for minimum one year

I was always told whatever specimen (my urine or someone else's) that you use the first time, make sure you use the second time. If the labs don't cross-match or cross reference I'm fine cause I'll use someone's clean urine. Is there anyway to find out?

Any medical setbacks from it? I think I can stomach that.
