When trying to flower plants for best results do I do 12/12 with red bulb or 12/12 normal light?? Any good suggestions? !?

Thank you very much, I've just done a lot of research there this Evening and done a bit more homework, going to get lights sorted tomorrow and I've got a fan blowing cool air on them should I keep doing so when I change lighting?

Hi just looking a wee bit of advice and I seen you seem to know what your talking about, this is my first grow my plants have 4-6 leaves on them but I've realised they are in too big of pots, what is the best thing to feed and water them, and also lighting? At I've got them on 12 hrs light 12...

What size of pot do you think would be best? I seen someone had theirs in a pastic cup would that work? Should I add more lights as I have a few more here but was scared incase they got to much heat and died.. what about plant feeder? And should I put a vent in/ extracter van? I've got a fan...

I don't know anything about all this as its my first grow, and I don't want cheap pot, I want good quality so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

It's a round lamp for reptiles and enhancing plant growth.

150w daylight basking spot..

Under a 150w light & I water them once a day. Hungry? Any recommendations ??
