Quick Update: As the day went by, the "brownish" color changed to a dark purple. I'm growing a Kush variety. Maybe genetics? Saw somewhere on the internet it might be cold temps, so turnd off the fan and managed to keep it at 24ºC, 60~65% humidity. Weird.

My seedling seems to be developing well, but I found these 2 little brown "hairs" coming out of the middle of the first fan leaves. Is it normal? P.S.: I searched the forums for similar problems and couldn't find any threads relating to it.

@soaked soil yep, I had just sprayed some water before taking the pic, but I was careful not to spray it directly into the sproutling. I'm gona hang back on the spraying and bring the light closer, to warm up a bit, and let it dry out! Hope it helps.

So, my seed just popped off the soil today and she's looking like this. I feel like the seed case fell off too soon, cause no cotyledons. Is she okay?
