Always more to learn. Any help on this one this time gentlemen ?

Might help to raise the PH. 5.9 is on the low side and if the test equipment isn't accurate, it could be even lower.

    Question

I don't use liquid fertilizers, I use top dressing with dry ferts. I don't water to runoff most days. I use a mix of tap and RO water that's about 200 ppms going in. When I do get runoff and test it I like to see between 1700 - 2500 ppms. During the grow because I don't often water to runoff the...

    Question

Hi Mick. Are you thinking it's a coco grow? I'm thinking a soil grow runoff ppm should be much higher than the input ppm.

    Should this worry me.

I'm going with leaf spot being what the dark spots are. If this is an indoor grow, I would guess air circulation and humidity are an issue. Leaf Spot | USU

    Should this worry me.

One of the issues, the white patches on the leaves looks like powdery mildew. I don't know what the black dots are.

    Leaf damage? Dtw coco

I can't tell. With fusarium wilt the healthy green leaves and stems will all fall over and will be green for a short time before the plant eventually dies. If you only experienced it on a few branches and the plant survived to harvest it's something else. Not sure if that is what he has, if it...

    1st time grower ☺️

It will continue to grow larger for about 4 weeks on a typical 8 - 9-week flowering strain then go into full flower when the stretch ends.

First grow somehow they survived! Advice for next run.

There are a number of growers that have high levels of iron in their well water and have problems using it. You should get it tested to see what's in it and post the results.

Longtime Espoma Garden Tone user, who else uses the Espoma tone line?

I guess everybody has different tolerances to smell. I am never bothered by the scent of neem oil yet many feel it smells terrible. Fish emulsion is the nuts if you need to throw up. Just open a bottle and take a deep sniff. I always mix that outside before using it. Three of my favorite blends...

If you are growing indoors consider trying a small bag 1st. It's great outdoors but indoors I tried it and found the smell offensive compared to other blends. It's probably the feather meal and the manure.

    Light Warrior soil question..

I don't use liquid fertilizers. I use top dressings of dry fertilizers that take time to feed the soil. I prefer something like 1 - 1 1/2 tsp of fox farm marine cuisine 10-7-7 for a solo cup. Liquid nutes work faster. If it was me and the seedling was healthy and dark green I'd probably wait for...

    Light Warrior soil question..

It has very little food compared to ocean forest and if left in a solo cup it would need to be fed after 5-7 days. When I used it to germinate, I preferred to pot up with something like ocean forest after 7 days from sprout to a 1-gal pot instead of feeding.
