    Cobkits has good prices but expensive shipping to europe (+40usd) plus customs. If you need a large quantity it can be ok. From Europe i buy from elpro (mean Well drivers and mechatronics heatsinks), tme, and eBay exportestonia for citizen clu048 6 gen cobs.
