You wouldn't take a cake out of the oven too early same applies with harvesting cannabis, let it go for at least 2 more weeks. I thought mine were ready 2 weeks ago, it's now coming up to 3 weeks and still getting better by the day.
I always loose track I would estimate about 9 or 10 weeks. Yeah it's certainly tempting to chop but it just looks and smells better each day I leave it. Must get to a point where it degrades though
Yeah I'll probably give them a dunk in some fresh water after I cut them. I'm just a little worried some of the terpines might be lost from doing so though
Yeah they're little tiny Beatles that have died on the plants I haven't attempted to remove them as they're tiny and in doing so I'll damage the trichomes.
I always like to get some advice from more seasoned growers on the harvest. Could this go another 2 weeks? I'm not a fan of cutting them a little bit early. I always go for fully matured ripe buds. She looks ripe but from my experience they can be deceiving at the last 2 weeks for us...
My 2 cents. You wouldn't pick say a green banana off the tree and eat it nor would anyone pick an unripened peach and munch on that ether. Same applies with cannabis. If you harvested that plant you now you may aswell have not put all the time and energy into setting it all up and growing those...
