If leaves turn yellow i heard it might be from too much heat? I have around 82-84f under light.

My seedling started to bend and the leaves are yellow on the edge. I moved it away from the light because it got yellow leaves. After i moved it away it started to bend over like that. Any idea what the problem might be?
