I don't even heat at all. I just make sure it is wax and really get it liquid. I think I use PEG300 though. Not 100% positive I haven't mad it in awhile. I add the PG slowly while mixing the wax and try to get it into a liquid. Buy a cartridge that is a little bit bigger not like the tiny...

I heard the ejmix makes it taste bad. Try it with the pg joe. It will work just fine but it will take some work whipping it to get it at the right consistency.
