There are two lights over each 8x4 tray/table

The room is about 20x20

Obviously, it would be better to run all the lights at 1000. I can't do that because it gets too hot if I do. My only options are 1150 staggered light system or all 12 at 600 or 660.

I could use some help trying to configure my setup. I have 10 Gavita Pros on an 8.5 foot ceiling. I'm deciding if I should run all 10 lights on the lowest setting (600W) or if I should stagger the lights on the 1150W setting (so light 1,3,6,7, & 10 would be on for two hours; then light 2,4,5,8...
