My plant is dying.. idk what to do.. someone please listen. ..my.kid knocked it.over and ripped out of root...but now it's turning yellow and looks like it's dying...stuck back into soil but idk if she'll make it ..also she over watered one and its redish and doesn't look like it should...looks...

This is my 2nd plant she's almost killed or.killed...first one she over watered and it's basically dead now no roots and idk what to do please help

My daughter knocked over one of my babies only has its first couple leaves. Didn't tell me and tried to clean it up...noticed she stuck it back in and no roots were in contact. ..idk what to do please advise me wtd...new time grower....
