AHH here is a major difference! The LED's in the Procyon light are rated at only 50,000+- hours while the UFO is 80,000+- hours. Thats a big difference, although replacement of the LED's is easier in the Procyon, 3w LED's are not as efficient as 1w and are more expensive to replace.
