ok so apparently I smoked ricin and I probably shouldn't be alive

Found this out by the railroad, me and my friend smoked one of the leaves and it did give us a little buzz. It looks like marijuana to me but I could he wrong

I'm not sure what the wattage is on it but it's a 4' fluorescent and I heard those work well for growing. So am I better off growing it outside or will this work?
