Try to get your water temps down to mid to low 60's. Its harder for root rot to grow in colder water and also colder water can hold more oxygen. 63 fahrenheit is idle from what i've read and in my testings as well.

Damn man, i'm sorry to hear that. I don't believe the 18 celsius would hurt them. But the light cutting out 7 hour early is a possibility. I once saw a grow where the lights went from 18/6 to 12/12 for 3 days and it induced flowering. So as long as that doesn't happen you should be alright...

If your already getting seeds then i'm sorry to say its to late. Its already kicked into seed production mode and isn't going to stop. I would recommend that you and your accountant figure in some feminized seeds or clones if possible. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
