this happened me on my first grow i thought they were root bound an got bigger pots , they didnt grow any bigger , yours wil probaly b ready to chop on week 8 or 9 , buds will swell up closer to harvest.

mine have same problem there at the end of 1st week into flowerin an only started givin them nuets hopefully this wil do the trick
