looks very overwatered to me I agree with cozz to work on drainage add perlite if you have a chance i like to use 50/50 coco/perlite for my young ones try maybe letting the soil dry out more between watering see if it helps

Haha thanks rob yeah that was similar to my experience, i ate sp once three years back vibrant colours nothing like magic those are growing too peyote was similar to the sp though had to eat a lot less of it, made up for it in taste lol, they are such a pleasure to grow though they are beautiful...
