Hello,
I'm currently growing with soil from my backyard. It's a very loamy (not entirely sure if this is the correct word; the soil contains clay) soil and becomes very compact, the roots having a hard time growing in it.
I was thinking of mixing pearlite with it but don't know how much to...
Hi guys,
I have 4 x 600w (output) LED lights in a little over 2 square meters space. I checked the light intensity with a lux meter and the readings are a little over 100.000 lux a few cm from the lights and around 23.000 lux at current plant level. Plants are currently vegging.
Is this a...
Hello,
Is there a way to calculate how much butter is needed for a certain amount of leaves/stems to make cannabis butter?
Also, an estimation of the number of minutes/hours needed to prepare the butter (in regards to the number of grams of leaves/stems)?
Can plants still become hermaphrodites due to environmental stress after flowers have already started developing on the plants?
Plants were grown from feminized seeds. 16 days have passed since the switch to 12/12 has been made.
Hello,
I have 1 grow space for vegging and 1 grow space for flowering. I also have have 3 x 600w lamps and 1 x 400w lamps.
How would you say is better to distribute the lamps in regards to yield?
400w for vegging + 1800 for flowering
600w for vegging + 1600w for flowering
1000w for vegging...
I gave them 3 days ago a 300 ppm feeding but unfortunately they continued to dry up. I also lowered them from 60 to 80 cm from the lamp, based on what people suggested, that it might be a heat problem. These pictures are from yesterday.
I put today another 2 seeds to germinate. I'll plant one...
Preferably, answers from growers that have grown using both methods.
NOT interested to know about taste or potency or difficulty of method.
The majority of opinions seem to say that hydro produces more faster. Approximately how much more? 30%? 50%? And how much faster? 60 days? 90 days?
Not giving them any nutrients yet. pH is around 6.1 with room temps around 23-24 degrees Celsius. I'm watering them manually once every couple of days.
Hi everybody,
I've lost over 60 seeds in the past couple of months. After the seeds germinate, I move them in my aero cloner. After a couple of days, their roots become all soft and starts changing color to a brownish nuance and part of the stem dries up. And after that they start rotting...
Hi guys,
I wanted to ask you, what would you recommend on using to fight pythium (besides keeping everything top-notch clean) when the plants are very young (1-2-3 weeks old)? I've read that hydrogen peroxide isn't an option for seedlings because it can damage their young and fragile roots...
I see. So after the seeds have germinated and you see the little roots, you take the seeds and put them directly into the neoprene collars, with the little roots through them.
