I am interested also. It seems as though you can grow in hydro and get larger plants quickly, however it also seems that soil produces a better "tasting" product. So has anyone ever vegged in hydro and then transplanted in to organic soil and used organic ferts during the flowering period?

For ventilation alone, I would say it will be enough. However, if you are using anything other than CFL lights and you need to cool them also, then I am pretty sure your fans are not going to keep up.
