ok so i started testing my ph levels once again after cleaning my ph meter and recalibrating it. I tested some runoff water in the bottom of the bucket and its around a 5.9 which is way low which is probably causing my lockout. Can anyone give me a recommendation on how to raise my ph? And...

it could be a ph problem my tap water was really high so I was using about a cap full of vinegar to bring the Ph down and maybe a little tiny bit of baking soda to raise it if it went to low then I switched to distilled water upon suggestion from a seasoned grower

Yes they're from seed. So half way up I should drill some more holes? And I can't go with a bigger bucket lol I don't have the room
