I have had these clones for a week or more and they keep getting worse. I have them under 2 fluorescent tubes (1daylight and 1 warm white) basically 24 hours a day. I keep them misted and even have a hood for them. what am I doing wrong? They still have not rooted.

so it looks like my new clones are hurting. the leaves are turning yellow. i have them under 2 48" daylight fluorescents. (5000k?) they are a few inches away from the bulbs. misting them with water a few times a day and they are in a dome

right now i have 3 clones under 2 t8 (48") bulbs. One daylight (5000k) and the other soft white (2700k) Is this ideal for clones? or should I do 2 daylights or maybe 1 daylight and 1 cool white? I have lots of bulbs just wondering. Also when I want to turn them into mothers what is the best...
