I transplanted to 4 gallon pots. I am using CFL's that, when all turned on, will produce ~30,000 Lumens (I have about half turned on at the moment). I keep them ~1 inch from the plants. When I FIM them and see them growing outward, I'll turn them all on. I expect to cover 2-3 square feet. Just...

Thanks, it's great to hear that I am doing something correctly. By the way, transplanting went well and they are already increasing size. I plan on FIM'ing soon because I don't have much height available, but I have enough room to grow out.
