I would lean towards NOT using water, or at least not using much. The water isn't absorbing any THC, so why use it? Maybe to keep it from burning? I dunno I would say just use butter, and keep a careful eye on it so it doesn't get all burned and nasty. Goodluck!

I agree with this, really the best things you can do are just exercise and keep hydrated. I'm pretty skeptical about those costly detox systems...but whatever works for you.

it's just nice to save up keif. i like saving for hash making, topping bowls, etc. and about getting the stuff out: i tossed my grinder in a plastic baggie with some iso alcohol, gave it a shake, let it evaporate on a plate, and voila! hash! def worth considering
