so when i start my hydro, how often should my plants get water. is it like a short burst every couple minutes or is it a continuos flow. ( i got the gro l dan!)

ok, awesome, what about the equiptment, i got one of those l.e.d. u.f.os about 2 years ago and i got a few 1000 watt hps and 400, do i need a permit to own it?

i want to start getting seeds off the internet but i feel like my name is going on some government list expecially since i live in a major grow house area. is there any web sites recommended wer ppl have actually gotten there seeds?
