i've got a 250w light held 13 inches above it, has had no changes, i've not moved it, it just started looking ill one day any chance in a recovery?

thought about that, its been working perfect up until recently, i just don't think its the light, cause it sits in a window as well, so it also has the sun hiting it to its a 250w hps its about 12 inches away from the plant

Will do.... I have another problem pending, my plant looks as if it is going to DIE!! Any suggestions, is the end for my plant?
