My grow ladies just started 2nd week of flower

Do my plants look healthy or overwatered???

basic house lights but i dont understand how one of the plants that is younger is bigger than the older one and its bottom leaves are whitish. and the also get natrual sun light not just indoor

I'm not sure what soil I use. And as for watering I give both plants about 2-3 ml every other day and as for lighting I'm using a 60w 120v and a 25w 130v both fluorescent and I'll take them outside three times a week for natural sun light for about 5 hours then back indoors for about 8-10...

I have two lemon kush plants about a lil over a month and a half old and one of the them is really small and the two of the leaves are turning white dryish, while the other is almost twice it's size and the smaller one was planted first?
