Charm...I relate to this...some problems in that area myself. But like McKenna's comment about shrooms...the main problem is people don't take enough! I would say that same thing about sativas. With a walloping dose...enough to bring you to a psychedelic state...all that old stress stuff...

Charm, Keeping it simple certainly is goog...but you'll probably run into problems with that hard water. A cheap RO system would do wonders. You can dilute your tap too...get it down enough so ph is a little acidic. JD

What I'd do is reduce ppms to 450-500 and add in some epsom salts. Water to runoff. And are those curled leaces more crisp then they should be? aside from the Mg thing...looks like humidity may be an issue. too dry? Do you trust your meter? JD
