I hate to ask it - but I've done numerous google searches, read countless articles on 'how-to-clone', but no one ever mentions it directly... My assumption from what I've read at this point is that you can... but I'd like someone to just say it, lol.

I'm not sure what your experiences with tap water are, but even out here where we have 'hard' water I've used to to successfully germ several times.
