Yup you should be fine. Even adding a couple more lights and a a few more feet of duct you should still be ok with your 6" fan. Just dont add too many 90 degree bends, that starts to really impact your airflow and could affect how well your negative pressure is maintained

Well if you are running Ozone after the fan into a carbon filter, you actually can get away with a smaller carbon filter than normal. Which means you can reduce the airflow. Carbon is fantasticly efficient at removing Ozone from the air, so that means you can do more with less carbon. Hopefully...
