gorgeous set up. Wish I had that much room! Run self contained buckets now used the HydroFarm system years ago but found the excess spray/salts a real drag--changing out the buckets is pretty easy and I do it weekly. The yields can be really good -- certainly depending on your genetics.

I use the Flora 3 part; Protekt (spelling???); used to use really small dose of Gravity until it was pulled off the shelves; Northern Lights Fat Flower. Keep the amounts of nutes below the required levels and change the buckets (DIY 5 gallon containers with at least one air stone per bucket)...

Regardless, you really need to get an electrician to check your outlets and breakers. I'm a doofus with this but it is critical that your wiring/breakers can handle what you are running. Can save you a lot of heartache down the line. Also, I try to handle my bulbs with latex or nitrile gloves...

Your system sounds good and yes I would use seeds in jiffy pucks. Don't know how well you could use what you described with clones without starting them in a cloner first. My 2 cents

I mist the clones in my EZ at least twice daily with a spray bottle, generally with plain water and find it helpful. Also typically use just water, a little hydrogen peroxide and if I'm feeling like it a few teaspoons of AZOS in the reservoir. J
