I picked up my clones about 2 1/2 weeks ago and they are doing nicely in 1 gallon pots. They are between 12-16 inches tall and I'm wondering at which point should I transplant them into 5 gal pots? Thx!

I inherited a grow room from a friend and it includes all the lighting, medium (coco) and Canna nutrients. I just picked up 30 clones and are getting ready to transplant into the coco but everything I read says that do not use the nutrients in the same strength as the grow chart indicates...
