im not sure when to re pot my plants in to there biggest pots there 18days old atm and are in there 2nd size pots not sure what to do plz help :)

i need help with my plants iv got them in there 2nd size pots and im not sure when to move them to bigger ones thay are 18 days old atm and have had 1 feeding of nutes. im a 1st time grower btw lol :)
