I started to notice this a couple days ago on my Fruity chronic juice plants....i have no humidity issues....temperature is 65 to 79f......humidity 50 to 55max.......i use neem regularly...i looked in dozens of websites but didnt find one single picture that looks like this thing. Does anybody...
