hay there 1st of all your veg room should be 1 third the size of your flowerering room buddie for maximum results as your fully developed plants will be bigger then your vegged plants i would recommed going with 2 600w hps flowerering and perhaps a 600w metal halide for your veg for best results

hay can any one help with my new seedlings looking a bit strechy is all lost they are about one week old and two inches with just one small set of leafs my light was quite far away envirolite please help dam expensive seeds need hope ps how close can i go
