Between 40 and 50% should be fine. Make sure there is some airflow to avoid the possibility of mold.

SSH will take much longer than 7 weeks. It is sativa dominant. More like 11-12 weeks.

It's only 4 weeks into flower. You should prolly just be patient and give it time. Buds won't turn sizable until the last week or two, when the calyxes start to swell. Bud size is also genetic. Might want to consider getting a larger watt light for the future also.

What do your PPMs come out to? Seems they would shoot off the scale, unless you are diluting the entire solution.

If you're going to grow, you should be prepared to give the plant what it needs. No cutting corners, no screwing with light schedules.

Ease up on the watering. The roots need oxygen for growth.

This 'micro sexing' technique is nothing new. Hasn't any one ever heard of preflowers?

Thinking in terms of efficiency, you should look at the lights "footprint". The lumen output would be greatly diminished for plants on the perimeter because it would need to be raised to a point where there is adequate spread. It's a waste of energy for those perimeter plants that will yield...

One 400W HPS is not going to be sufficient for 45 plants. Especially when they are all flowering.
