I forgot to mention they were burnt because I was trying to you tin foil as a reflector haha I know very dumb choice. But I just have my pot next to my bed with lights hanging about 2 inches from the seedling. And no reflectors just keep my room temp around 70 degress and water the. No nutes...

I had a 5 week old seedling. That is under soft white 40 watt cfl 23 watt soft white cfl. And also two daylight 23 watt cfls. My seedling got burnt by the lights really bad about a week and half ago but have turned around tremendously! I just need help with figuring out a box to put it in it...
