I would also suggest looking through some local stores, depending on the business they might give you contact information for one of their regular supplier/blowers. Find a style you like, find out who made it, and go talk to them! You may run in to problems, or you might just get the best...

Oh man, this is nostalgic for me. My one and only water pipe I have ever owned looked nearly identical to this. Cleaned it after every use, I really loved it! Keep it safe man! Never let it sit on a glass table!! EVER! :P
