My bday promo order still hasn't arrived and it took attitude like a week to resend my package after the 21 day mark and now the tracking just says origin post waiting to prepare shipment since 04-04-13! I'm pissed with the tude. Last few orders customer service was good but not this time.

I ordered march 2, 2013 and USPS seems to have lost it but I ordered guaranteed shipping and attitude is taking forever to respond. Atleast Jodie is, Laura usually replies faster but my previous 2-3 orders have been great.

Mine have always said delivered, I think arrival at unit means at the post office because I called to see what it meant and thats what they told me. That it was at the post office.
