The reason zho powder is used is for its mycos. Can be switched with any supplements with myco fungi according to Heisenberg. Great white has that and baccilus bacteria. So no worries on them competing

Id change my system more often but its 210 gallons amd thats alot to flush weekly. Kinda wish I had went with the 8 gallon buckets instead of 13. Also I am happy to report the colloidal silver killed all algae and plants look great. Flushing today then cpeanong system with h202. Plants will be sitting in individual bubble buckets during system cleaning with just ph'd water and colloidal silver to dip the roots in.

I had the same problem with my 3 inch pvc. The trick is to slightly taper down the ends of the pvc and use vegetable oil. Clean system thoroughly afterwards with hydrogen peroxide

Heisenbers post was the first I read unfortunately as he said the younger the roots the less likely they are to survive and h202 dip. The silver was advised to me as the safest. So far so good. Fingers crossed.

Also kinda nice because the silver works at higher temps so I haven't needed a chiller. Too bad you can only run it for a week.
