I built a water cooled led light a few years ago for a vertical grow. when combined with a water chiller it works well, but has a some drawbacks as well.

Probably some hot peppers here soon. I've been planning a SIP vs hydro grow to see which would make a spicier pepper. Getting sick of the grocery store peppers that have no kick lol. I accidentally quit smoking so I haven't grown pot in a while now.

Get a piece of aluminum and bolt all the lights too that. Then splice the power cords together too one plug. Hang your new single light source and call it a day =D

Next question is, what are you using to cut your reflector material down to size?

Question, with the CLU550 and the HLG-240 would each circuit be ran in parallel off the single driver? Or are you proposing a 240H on each circuit? Pictures don't do it justice, not by a long shot. Just so you're aware :P

This little guy, probably wouldn't even need a hole saw in order to fit it, just a few through holes for joining the heatsink and reflector together. Not to hate on the CDM or anything, but the ring from the bulb offends my senses and I can't stand it :P I'd rather see a big old heat sink or...
